Join Prairie Dental Group’s In-House Dental Savings Plan to get the preventive dental care you need at no extra cost and to receive a 10% discount on all other treatments. Our savings plan offers many of the same benefits as insurance without the hassles of claim forms, deductibles, and yearly maximums.

Dr. Jeff Heitner Health Sciences Scholarship Dr. Jeff Heitner has been a leader in the field of dentistry for over 30 years and knows firsthand the importance of continual improvement and growth through learning. Dr. Heitner and the rest of our team value the importance of a great education and love giving back to our patients. Dr. Judd Heitner Healthcare Outreach Grant

This $500 grant is given to a dental or medical healthcare outreach program for the operational costs in serving others. Dr. Heitner’s visits providing dental care for the children at the Esperanza Viva orphanage in Puebla, Mexico were some of the most cherished times spent in his dental career.
